My name is Catherine Godefroy, I am a French photographer, living in Paris, who has always been passionate about photography.
After more than 40 years of experience in the tourisme industry, I finally had the opportunity to turn this passion into reality.
After graduating from the "Photo Serge Institute of Photography Academy" in January 2021 With a Master's degree in photography, I initially specialized in urban and rural landscape photography and interior design. Then I turned to architectural photography.
Ever since I was a child, my eye has been drawn to the shapes and aesthetics of buildings. The skyscrapers of New York, in particular, impressed me with their majesty and the unique atmosphere of their structures. This gave me a deep desire to explore and capture the beauty of architecture through the lens.
Today, I devote myself fully to fine art photography. This practice allows me to transform each shot onto a work of art.
My creative approach aims to highlight the power of architectural forms wile infusing them with an emotional dimension, nourished by own experience.
The aim is to propose a personal vision that goes beyond simple visual representation, to reach a deeper emotional and artistic dimension.
